Your inquiries and concerns are important to us, and we do our best to respond as quickly as possible.

Our office hours are from 10am to 2pm, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, excluding stat holidays.
We respond to our emails within one business day. If you do not get a response within a day, you can call 1-(844)-944-4372(HERB) and leave a message. While we do not usually answer our phones, we will respond to your messages within one business day.
When will my order be shipped?
We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. If your order is placed and payment received before 12 noon, your order will be shipped our next business day. Our business operation days are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. Orders placed on Fridays will be shipped/delivered the following Monday.
How long will it take to receive my order?
You have the choice to ship your package express or expedited. Depending on your choice and location, your order should take 3 – 8 business days to arrive. If it has not arrived in this time period, please contact us, and we will do our best to locate it. If it is truly lost, we will replace it for you. For local orders placed before noon on Monday, Wednesday or Thursday, your package will be delivered that same day. Orders placed after noon will be delivered our next business day.
Will I have tracking information?
Yes. We will email you tracking information shortly after your item has shipped.
Can I edit or Cancel my Order?
Yes you can cancel or edit your order, as long as it has not yet shipped.
What methods of payment do you accept?
For now, we only accept Interac email money transfers. Please place your order, and then send the total amount as an email money transfer from your online bank account. For instructions on how to do this, please visit http://www.interac.ca/en/interac-e-transfer-consumer.html

What happens if I do not receive my package?
We will do our best to locate it. If it is lost we will replace it.
It is up to your discretion if you choose to gift our products to your adult friends. Cannabis consumption for adults over 19 years of age is now legal in Canada.
What if I am unhappy with my order?
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible. We will send you a new package with products better suited, once we receive your return.
